A lab that did routine cancer-screenings for woman in the Netherlands leaked 450.000 people's results AND all their personal data including their gov't ID numbers. (Can be used for Identity fraud) THIS is why we need self-custody of medical data... I'm sure it's achievable with #nostr

That and so much more can be done with nostr, and almost no one is doing anything with it. Early builders will be rewarded.

Most things that aren't Bitcoin are either identity or some form of shitcoin. Nostr + cashu should be good enough for most things..
