I believe Core Lightning has bolt12 support, while I think LND does not. The backend of your Start9 should have both options but I've never tried core or BOLT12 personally.

I believe there's options out there. Going to have to piece this together. Basically it's a way of signing via onchain to point at a LN wallet.
