Have you tried electric blankets ? I was a neigh sayer until I actually tried one . OMG , like a little pouch of bedtime heaven for the thick of winter in the UK

I've never been keen on one until recently - my mate just brought one of the heated waistcoats with a pocket and I'm just about to buy one of them though, and I'm actually considering a blanket on the boat
