Not a member per se, but this is a jurisprudence discussion that I'm realizing is moot. The cantons in SWZ do have some leeway, but not a lot. Was the same case when a bunch of DAOs ran to register there. Either way cases like these will set precedence in court on how optimistic we are about a Swiss incorporation. Let's see what happens.
