Not all that knowledgeable. I've been doing single day fast for a while but this is my first extended fast. All new to me. I've read some that say exercise is still very good, either strength or cardio. On the side of caution, I haven't done any strength training this week, just long walks with the family to get some sun. May keep the schedule normal next time.
