I share the same birthday as him (Feb 12)

If you know you are a fool, would you rather be ignorant to it? Would you rather be running into walls, or would you want someone to say "hey, clean your glasses"?

If you were a fool you wouldn't notice it or realize it if someone points it out. So probably not. But that doesn't mean it's not worth trying to help despite that. There is just only so much you can do.
