Great analysis. The only consideration I would throw into the mix is that nukes may in fact not even exist, which I know stirs up a lot of emotion when the claim is presented, but I recommend hearing out the alternative case.

for sure that's why i added the caveat that I couldn't possibly take them at their word based on the history, but IF they did, it still makes sense, imo.

I heard a “Proof Of Weapons” as the basis for collaterallization on a bitcoin podcast yesterday (Re: Abraham Accords)… Funny - Proof of work was what was sold to us when BTC said #Forkyou. Just sayin.
