Hard to read..
1. Bring back the asylums that were closed in the 70s. These people should not be on the street.
2. Make a law that if you ever plead insanity you need a min of 15 years in an asylum. With bi annual evaluation.
3. In Indiana I have seen many very light sentence for murder,
A) but the once I was at a trial where a man was “involved in a murder” so the man and his accomplice rob a drug dealer, the drug dealer kills the accomplice, the drug dealer is free as self defense, and the man (who didn’t actually kill any one is sent to jail for 70+ years) like WOW that is the one that expected 6 years…. And all three were lowlifes that no one cared about…
In another case I was close to a man shots another man in cold blood because he failed a paternity test related to his cousin. The shooter had a criminal record and could not legally possess a fire arm. He gets 6 years.
Indiana is not tough on crime…
