when a user creates a meme from template they shall be uploading either with nip96/blossom to the account associated with them. nostr build account is for housing the media templates themselves for use by plebs.

✅ Does the relative persistence of the template files justify to use Blossom? I'm not into NIP 96 nor Blossom technically and the costs associated with either.
