I'm looking for s job in a strange country I know absolutely no one. All the job ads are fake or demand skills and experiences that I don't have. What can I do? What would you do in this situation? View quoted note โ†’

This is a good, but hard path you chose. I'd grab a first one to cross over, like in a mall storage or something. Depends on whether you know the language. Just to turn some money for necessities to stay calm. But bear in mind these jobs are underpaid and very time consuming, so really just tackle it as a necessity itself, while I'd keep searching. Fighting for ends meal will try to drag you off your way.

I am good at cooking, baking, gardening, barbering and makeup, writing, teaching, typing, presenting, ... I know a little of marketing, strategy, programming, data stuff, machine learning ... My dream job is to be hired as paid intern in data science, business analytics, or machine learning engineer to learn and earn and build a career from ground up. I'm willing to do anything in between as long as it is legal, pays legally, flexible hour or remote and near my home. Not sales or ponzis.
