I would migrate at first opportunity I had to feel comfortable doing so. If you don't feel comfortable, start getting reps with the replacement wallet. Hardware wallet obviously better, but right now a phone wallet looks far more secure than a ColdCard 😕 Migrate in steps. Start with small amounts. Build confidence that it's working. No Hail Marys. Make sure you can spend out of the new wallet.
