I respect that. That's what I do. I practice recovery quite often. Also I added cryptography to skill set to be able to encrypt and decrypt important data.

Honestly, I don’t know my seeds by heart. I should though. I think we will not be facing those scenarios anymore (not just that one, but Balkan also had a massive war during ‘90, between ourselves) and a few attempts to create new wars in the early ‘00s. I think we are done with that. I agree that no where is super safe anymore, some areas are just more fragile than the others.
My advice is go cold wallet+passphrase. Memorize 12 words and passphrase of main stack. Rest of wallets in secure open source password manager..or Tails's persistent storage.
Not 24 words?
Did a lot of research and most "jedi level bitcoiners" claim that 12 words is sufficient entropy...also no way for me to rely on my brain memorizing 24 words. Do research as always..may be ask @SeedSigner guys.
With that being said 12 words is good for me only with strong passphrase.
