Yes, but perhaps he’s saying that censorship leads from blocking hate speech to claims that COVID was a lab leak? It’s not clear. He speaks fast, and haltingly. It’s unpleasant. I don’t know the interviewer, but I find her line of questioning to be irritating and prosecutorial, as well. (Also, I have not had coffee this morning.)
