Nope. If you get pulled over and they run those plates (and they will) you will get arrested. Probably only pay a fine later but you're going down for at least a day.

They will argue that the plate belongs to the State and that you are defacing government property. You will argue that it's part of your artistic expression and is a guaranteed act of free speech. The Judge will decide which of these two asses will grind the corn 👀
