I just tried it, and it works. Could you check if it's the APK you just downloaded? The APK name is the same as the previous one, so they might have gotten mixed up.

repo'd it with the same result. this time I went to the GitHub page directly and downloaded it as if it was my first time (no app store). still won't sign in. phone copies the npub key from amber and then sits on the login screen for 0xChat.
