I love signs in businesses that say harassment of employees won't be tolerated. Well if your policies weren't terrible and your employees weren't dipshits, people probably wouldn't get upset.

The TSA has signs like that for those very reasons.
A sign that says harassment of employees will not be tolerated, put up by management.
Every place I ever worked that was customer facing I hated the customers but would rather them than management every time.
