💯 Good plan for grieving/healing. I would add prayer and meditating on Scripture, but yep--good plan. Once we've 'fallen in' to the inward abyss of our own suffering, it's very hard to climb back out. Takes grit.
...and requires an anchor fixed securely outside, and above, ourselves...
