Tried signing it lots of times, both with and without VPN on. Won't do anything when tapping the sign petition button. Is it America only?

I don't know. Was your VPN set to a US server?
Yep and tried my usual NZ one too but just not letting me click through, not sure if it's trying to make it hard..... 🤔
