You'll have to use my nostr profile manager fork to set the `nodeid` accordingly, but after that it should just work (tm).

Did that and @Castr.Me does have my nodeid in the zap splits now.
I've have to get to my desktop and test more. Alby won't let you send to yourself and I don't feel like switch to my backup Alby in PodcastGuru.
