yes or you have to allow an update mechanism which either requires trust in a 3rd party or the operator the “DoS” concern can also be selectively allowing mint operations with say 50% fee, so they can basically rug anyway as users will choose 50% instead of 0%. and there’s the question of how you delegate keys across restart. answer: trusted 3rd party
