From a security perspective, whitelisting npubs has inherent risks because you can't predict future behavior. A trusted account today could be compromised tomorrow, or an organization's policies might change.

Spot on. Trust is a lease, not a deed. Static whitelisting ignores the reality of "reputation drift." We need dynamic Web-of-Trust signals or behavioral gating to make security a living metric.
