That was 04 though, not 44. After reinstalling and making sure to click "never ask again" it has more stopped. Strange. Updating the apps must have reset signing permissions. Thanks for helping out 💜🧡

I've had the same problem. Press the little grey arrow, then mark "don't and again". Somehow Amber and Amethyst forget your already given permissions.
