Okay friends, I've reached the limit of my frustration.😜😲😳
I'm running Amethyst on my phone, and I have it connected using NWC to Minibits. However, it seems I can almost never Zap the people I want to zap. And all too often, incoming zaps fall on the floor, or somehow get misdirected, or just don't come through.
I used to use Wallet of Satoshi, and that worked MARVELOUSLY well, even though it was custodial...
However, I got rug pulled on that because of our lovely Federal "government."
So, here's my appeal:
What is the best, go-to, readily set-upable wallet that I can run on my phone that will reliably enable me to send zaps and to receive them?🤔🧐❔

With Minibits or other cashu wallets I think NWC only works if it's the same mint on both sides. That's at least the issue I had.
there is only minibits mint so is fine 😅
I had to switch from Minibits to Voltz in Zeus because I wasn't receiving zaps to that mint.
volts also has usd sats
Alby Go works well for me on GrapheneOS. AlbyHub is running on a local Linux server.
Zeus is another good choice.

I was having issues with the cashu stuff in nostr:npub1xnf02f60r9v0e5kty33a404dm79zr7z2eepyrk5gsq3m7pwvsz2sazlpr5 and they suggested Voltz and it's been solid for received Nostr zaps.
Was on Minibits before that for weeks and it just stopped working for receiving one day.

Not entirely sure; there may be some jurisdictional issues. However, it seems to work with a VPN?
And there is also now a self-custodial mode, which I have not as yet tried. Nor have I yet tried NWC connection. But that's on my list.😄
