This is really tricky. Is WFH more productive ? For some people yes, I actually work more hours now, but the effect on the support industries like coffee and food can’t be disregarded. I used to buy a coffee most days, don’t do that now.
Don't blame management, blame draconian zoning. If these office buildings were converted to dorms (apartments would require significant plumbing changes) then these investments could benefit
