Of course they do. My point was about the scope of what blocking means. They want to not see stuff - fine. But that can't include blocking other people from seeing their stuff. Twitter blocks were a lie- just log out and you see it all again. We can't impl blocks either (and neither can bluesky). Solutions include muting, private spaces, subscribing to censors to get those mutes before you see stuff, etc.

yeah maybe im not using the word “block” correctly. I’m interested in your thoughts about the censors you’ve mentioned. Does that count as someone blocking others from seeing stuff?
