Core 28 and 29 are better than Core 30 which blows up OP_RETURN from 83 Bytes to 100 000 Bytes but even 28 and 29 are not as good as Bitcoin Knots becase Bitcoin Knots has fixed inscriptions spam.

See the compromised Core devs who rejected Luke's PR that fixes inscription spam. They are the bad actors (the NACKers) They revealed themselves with their public comments on OP_RETRUN being dishonest and manipulative.
