I am familiar with excel spreadsheets and from a distant point of view it looks like it would work for your tiny team but i am not entirely sure if it functions correctly because i have never used it. i can play with your spreadsheet and input the data in this nostr version to see if it functions, to give you a better assessment.

It literally took me 30 seconds to recreate the Google doc; the only downside is the save and share buttons are lacking and the first attempt disappeared completely. This could be a great tool for startsmall if it had a little attention. @Vitor Pamplona
