A country tailor-made thanks to the knowledge gathered elsewhere in the world and brought there for the sole purpose of competing with the old, and not so old, European imperialisms. I don't know what there is to be proud of, beyond being born there and feeling part of its poor and young culture. It's not that I'm proud of another country and think they deserve more respect; honestly, I think it's all rotten.
