I never understood this position as a for-profit company. Why would you intentionally wreck your business just so you can try to get your most important candidate elected? Now you’re seeing companies back pedaling because they’ve come to realize that their positions have been bad for business. Many of them are spineless and will do whatever gets them the most money regardless of what it does to anyone else. The lack of backbone is probably the biggest problem we have. Everything else would fall into place if people did the right thing.

financial institutions own the corporate media. most of their ad revenue comes from pharmaceutical companies and weapons manufacturers which are owned by financial institutions. so to answer your question, it's the banks bro. fix the money fix the world
