Nostr is not tied to v4v, it only enables it easily because it is strongly connected with Bitcoin, that is handy on this regard and offer a community aligned with this sort of values. You can bootstrap any other business model, in a permission-less and autonomous way, the protocol is the powerful leverage. We're early.
