To be clear, I tagged the IMAGES as sensitive, not the note itself. Perhaps that doesn't work the way one would expect? Sounds like a question for @Vitor Pamplona

Noone even implements image metadata the way he does afaik. The “right” way to make a sensitive post is 
as it’s probably the only same thing we can all agree on.
