Yea we visit at least once a year on the way to or from the mountains

I grew up in West Texas. It has a beauty of wild ass storms, sunsets, extreme temperatures up and down, Mexican food, BBQ, legacy ranching and farming, and TTU.
For someone that’s never lived there, it would seem ugly. It has a “face only a mother could love”.
Beyond that it’s impossible to explain.
