For free uploads, yes. URL is variable based on media type, so not sure how well will it work with non-standardized blossom 🐶🐾🫡

The important thing is to have the sha256 in the URL to match the content. That's currently a problem with the transformations you are doing when it comes to images.
The concept of reupload to other servers requires that the hash in URL and content match.
