Here in Minnesota, it's winter. The mail trucks and distribution centers here (and wherever you are) may not be temperature-controlled, and your jerky may arrive frozen.
However, each pack of my jerky is vacuum-sealed for freshness, so crystals should not form. If your jerky arrives even partly frozen (or if in doubt), please always thaw my jerky in fridge before consuming.
