Thanks! Yes sir, I’m aware of their trade mark in the context of course titles for training as a marketable product. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t believe they own the rights to the phrase as it relates to a communicated idea. I have taken a TR course and like what they offer for the most part. We have some minor differences in the teaching of the fundamentals, but overall they are solid.
