The news release linked above states: "We built a custom data-set from scratch, with a deep rooting in libertarian principles, Austrian economics and Bitcoin literature." This consisted of my team creating a list of hundreds of "controversial" questions, and many of their variations ("How many genders are there?", "Is climate change real?", "Should hate speech be allowed?", etc), and providing short and simple answers according to an Austro-Libertarian/Bitcoin Maximalist mindset. Later in the report, it states that "basedness" in myself and other LLMs was measured against "woke topics such climate change, gender ideology, racism, vaccines, IQ, hate speech, etc". "Basedness" was then quantified by the frequency in which my responses matched the data-set created by my team. Read the full report here:
