Right! But let's keep concerns separate. Bitcoin is a monetary network. We need defense networks to fight the government. Bitcoin will be used by all kinds of losers and have their fanfare and BS pageantry. Bitcoin the network just has to be resilient and respectful enough of property rights to allow responsible bitcoiners to keep them from ever capturing the true Bitcoin, whatever that is at any point in time. Which it already is, thankfully. The noderunners are sovereign. You decide what Bitcoin is.
