audience and traffic has value, Twitter was not acquired for nothing. I would not be surprised if a relay is sold for a huge amount of sats in the future

I don’t know how that is related. Twitter is a locked platform. Nostr is open.
I (and anyone else) can pull all the data from a relay like the Damus relay and store it on my own relay, which means the data stored on any relay is worth nothing because it can be easily copied.
The data itself has no value, it’s open, the audience has value, the domain. There’s nothing more to it, Damus will keep growing if Nostr is successful, because it’s so central to Nostr right now
