Good morning guys Summer looks to be back already getting hot this morning. Off to mend some fencing which is a never ending task. Hope everyone has a great Saturday. Don’t forget we can ship to the lower 48 states. www.acmeacres.us image image image

Hi Well up here it’s mostly corner support posts and wire. Cattle really don’t know how big they are. Now some figure it out and that’s never good. I walk my fence line almost everyday because they always figure out a way to break something. I find that lots of food and water keeps them happy and not looking to explore 😂.

So they push on the wire and then that takes down the corner posts? I've been starting to plan my fencing and I'm just curious about the challenges and what to look out for when it comes to design. Around here, it seems like most people use live posts from a native tree that roots when you set the post, the only problem is that they get bushy and have to be trimmed and maintained.

Good corner posts, live trees work well, 5 wires and if possible a hot wire too. Gates are important, make sure wide enough to accommodate your equipment. Also a holding pen Shute area too.
