These people not only existed in a place called Filastin, but had the sea people relocated there up to Ashkelon (a now Jewish territory). So they have been already resettled, long before Abraham was a pipe dream. No one is going anywhere. In fact October 7th was an attack on territories rightfully the Palestinians, so they "didn't attack Israel". They attacked settlements that they were forcefully removed from, settlements like Ashkelon that are historically not anyone's land but the Palestinians. A kind reminder: the same people that brought about the downfall of the Bronze Age, are the same descendants Israel is trying to kill now, least they bring about a new age.
