You can google Quality LEARING daycare violations and you’ll get Minnesota DHS website listing all the investigations conducted. They have a conditional license with DHS warning on it. That warning has to be visible displayed on the FRONT DOOR. This effectively puts the daycare out of business. That’s why there’s nobody there. The millions they got goes back to 2019. Since that period that facility has failed dozens of inspections been fined and placed on conditional license. That facility last inspection was in June and it failed. All this is public information available to everyone. Nick Shirley might have uncovered fraud BUT he is doing the classic media playbook of misleading and exaggerating information.
