I have some advice for people who experience life as something that goes by fast, I don’t see this advice any where so I think you may find it helpful:
- Monotony makes days feel the same and fly by. Try adding randomness to your days: vary your schedule, try new flavors, venture out, take up new hobbies, try new hairstyles, travel... Ultra-organized people who have a fixed schedule and follow routines spend five years as if they were five months.
- Simplify your life to the extreme. Don't fill your day with empty activities and hobbies that make time fly by. Leave time for boredom and reflection, and you'll truly feel each day.
I do these two things and I don't feel like time is passing quickly at all, but I know that if I had a monotonous life and filled my free time with some dopamine-inducing hobby like playing video games, the years would fly by.

The only thing that really matters is your life and how you live it.
what about hard times? do you think they go fast or they feel slow to you?
Depends, working a lot 8 hours a day in a rotuine for 5 years can be hard but time will fly because you are trap in a routine that is the same and boring every single day
Correct, just explaining a better way of living to make life more enjoyable
i meant real hard times like illness, poverty, loss of loved ones, mental distress, anxiety and so on
Mmmmm great question, Im not sure about that
me neither... to me it feels like the perception of time gets completely obliterated in said conditions..
