Simple step: insert microSD before connecting cable and booting coldcard
A thing to try: get a different SD, if it recognises, format the SD card using the coldcard option. Then put that into your computer and move update file to SD

Tried simple step- didn’t work.
Will try the other idea in future if needed. For the firmware updated using Mac terminal. Thank you!!
