I still cannot attach my Wallet of Satoshi to #Nostr using #damus. What is going on?? This has gotten beyond frustrating.

As someone who isn't clever in ways of tech, I found damus not quite to my liking, pretty tricky for me and used #Amethyst to set myself up on Nostr. Have not used the desktop sites which may also OK.
If I post on Amethyst it seems more people see my post whereas on Damus they appear to go into a dark hole.

Hey! Thanks for the tip. I’m on an iPhone though, and I think Amethyst is only on Google Play from what I gather. I wish that weren’t the case. It’s such a bizarre issue though… I used Damus for a couple of months and everything was working normal and then I was off for a month or so and had to download Damus into my phone again… and then TSHTF.
I think that they had to change something to make the Apple people happy which is the reason for the issues. I am also using Damus on IOS and I'm not enjoying it. I hope you come right there!! Has your ability to send out zaps been disabled too?
Yes, I can’t receive or send zaps. 😩 to icon doesn’t even show up.
Same here 😒 maybe that's the problem? Maybe try a desktop site and set up there?

Yes, they forced the developer to remove the zap button from posts because they see it as paying for content and they want their share from that 🤦🏻♂️
That's disappointing, they want a cut. Funny how these days it's all like that 😒 Time for a workaround methinks...

I think it works via the profile. The profile remains zappable
