There’s a lot there to unpack! Hmm, the question I have for myself is how do I even know that I can scale this? Is this a good idea? I’ve never thought of funding and the thought of all this is rather intimidating

It’s all up to you Oshi. If you even want to scale, if you see a path to doing so, if you want to commit to the bit and take the commensurate risk there and if you want to dedicate more of your time and energy to growing your company.
Only you have those answers, I was just presenting the concepts behind doing so as I know them.
