According to this Nostrovia podcast, #nostr is highly vulnerable because it builds on the IP network which is censorable. Would be glad about comments by knowledgeable folks on this topic.

Yes, you can be locked out of the internet or large segments of it. This is why it is so important to build sovereign decentralized infrastructure. Elon Musk can have his own internet with Starlink, but why? Because he can afford launching satellites into orbit.
