Just because I don't support the government legislating morality does not necessarily mean I endorse that kind of behavior. You have to realize that any laws forcing inclusion (CRA) or forcing exclusion (anti-trans laws) are two sides of the same coin in that they infringe on the right of businesses to have freedom of association. That being said, businesses should be free to bar men pretending to be women from entering their restrooms and harming women and girls, and they rightfully should. You can enforce laws without using the State's monopoly on violence. Hoppe (pun intended) this clarifies any confusion!
