So to 17k. Started doing more cardio and tracking lifts better. I like the triglycerides/hdl ratio as that’s a good sign of metabolic health if below 2. Below 1 is excellent and mine was .61. LDL is out of the range but that’s really only concerning if you have a lot of inflammation.
