Define "on here" - nostr isn't a centralized entity. You're free to spin up your own relays and create communities that work for you.
The default relays are obviously Bitcoin centric (plus a bit of fringe right-ish weirdos).

It isn't a problem that they exist, it doesn't mean I care to interact with them. Nostr provides all the tools necessary for me to completely filter them out of existence.
