This is an absolutely true remark. However, if we frame evil as an immoral action, I don’t see any in Elon’s actions. I dislike the man very much, mind you. I just believe Twitter was already shite before he bought it. It was just under different shitelords.

Being a gatekeeper to speech is something I would not relish myself. Which is why Nostr is great as there simply ARE no gatekeepers.

Would you mind me explaining how is Elon gatekeeping freedom of speech exactly? Could you make the argument that the previous (woke) board was *not* gatekeeping freedom of speech and information flow? Do you have a counter argument to this statement: all social media platforms are, by definition, information gates.
Also, on a side not, I find fascinating that if on one hand you criticize Elon for “gatekeeping speech”, on the other you express concerns about the contents you don’t like - and imply that you welcome censorship of those. My sense is that you are for the freedom of *your* speech, but against the freedom of speech of others, or in any case, such freedom is conditional.
